Any company who is a Zhaga member and who owns and/or controls one or more testing facilities that is accredited by a ILAC MRA accreditor may apply to become a Zhaga Authorized Test Center. 

The first step to becoming an Authorized Testing Center is to sign the Zhaga Testing Center Agreement.

Labs owned by an Authorized Test Center do not automatically become Authorized Test Labs. Each test lab is required to be authorized separately and in accordance with the procedure set out in Article 3.1 and Annex C of the Zhaga Testing Center Agreement. Authorization of a new test lab requires the approval of the Zhaga Steering Committee.
